Video, Photo, and Audio Release

In consideration for attending the event hosted by Rea & Associates, Inc. (“Rea”), I hereby grant Rea and any related entities permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (collectively, “Content”) for advertising, publicity, training, or any other business purpose, without further payment or other consideration.

I hereby irrevocably authorize Rea to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the Content for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Rea from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of use of the Content.

I have read and understand the above Release. I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age.

If you would not like your Content to be used for these purposes, please contact Rea at internal.communications@reaadvisory.com. Otherwise, by checking the consent box at the time of registration for the event, we will presume consent to this Release.
